Every MYAT garment is created using carefully selected materials and specialised techniques. Many pieces are handcrafted and intentionally delicate. Proper care will help preserve the beauty, texture and longevity of your garment.

General care
The majority of MYAT garments are crafted from 100% silk and should be handled with exceptional care.
Some pieces use delicate polyester textiles that have been intentionally treated, burnt, or manipulated as part of the design process. Although polyester, these fabrics should be cared for as delicately as silk.
Certain garments feature raw edges, frayed finishes, or distressed detailing that are intentional elements of the design. Avoid excessive rubbing or pulling, which may alter these finishes over time.
Store garments on padded hangers or folded carefully in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals, which may permanently affect delicate fabrics.
Always follow the care instructions on the garment's care label.
Silk
Professional dry clean only.
Silk is a natural fibre that should be protected from moisture, prolonged sunlight and excessive heat. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
Delicate Polyester
Dry cleaning is recommended.
